Applications can ONLY be accepted in the Electronic Grant Application Form and emailed in a Word Document to: firstname.lastname@example.org
Do NOT Complete the application form in Block Capitals or your application will be declined.
Applications in PDF or any other format including Paper based will NO LONGER be accepted.
Where an applicant is unable to attach the Word document to an email, a memory stick containing the electronic application can be posted with the correct postage amount to the Trust’s offices.
In the first instance applicants will be notified if their application is not eligible for consideration – this may be as a result of a missing constitution, bank statement or an incomplete application. If there are any queries concerning the content applicants will be contacted.
The number of applications that the Trust receives vastly exceeds the awards that can be made. If your application is not to be taken further and therefore not presented to the Board of Trustees you will be informed shortly after your application has been received.
Applications which meet the Trust’s criteria will be forwarded to Trustees for consideration. Trustees meet twice a year to consider applications and decisions are usually made on the day of the Trustee’s meeting. All applicants will be advised of the outcome of their bid in writing shortly after the Trustee Meeting.
The decisions are final and applicants cannot appeal against the Trustee’s decision. The Trust does not enter into to correspondence about individual applications.
If a Grant is offered, an offer letter with terms and conditions will be posted. Applicants will need to agree to these and sign and return this document before funding is issued.
Successful applicants will not be able to reapply to the Trust again until a period of three years from the date of the offer of the grant has passed.
Unsuccessful applicants can reapply a year after the date of the reject letter / email.
